Tarnished Past~Ladies' Antique & Vintage Hats

Circa late 1930s Early 1940s Blue Cap with Enormous Silk Ribbon Cocardes

A darling little deep blue wool felt cap (probably intended for a young lady bobbysoxer) trimmed simply but fetchingly with an enormous watered silk ribbon cocarde on either side, just too cute~ could easily picture this little number in any one of the teenybopper Judy Garland movies!
